The DHE team is compromised dental professionals including hygienists and an office manager. Together we have a combined clinical experience of over 150 years!
Our passion for the dental profession drives us to make a phenomenal difference in the industry. We strive to enhance the dental experience from both a clinician’s and a patient’s perspective.
What Makes Us Different?
We are grounded in the oral systemic movement. As clinicians who practice as Bale Doneen Preceptors and high risk periodontal therapists at the Heart Attack and Stroke Prevention Center of Central Ohio (HASPC), we see firsthand the importance of understanding the link between the mouth and the body.
We are embarking on new territory at the HASPC. In 2017, it became the first center in the world to have a cardiologist and dentist working under one roof to bridge the gap between medicine and dentistry. Here, we are preventing heart attacks and strokes by utilizing the Bale Doneen method and eliminating the mouth as a source of infection and potential risk factor for disease.
Together we have developed a proven method to achieve the highest level of oral health possible for our high risk HASPC patients! Our oral systemic approach reduces or eliminates oral inflammation, one of the most significant root causes of heart disease, strokes, and diabetes.
